Janice Ann Hogan, wife of Frank Hogan of Renous, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 75.

Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late John and Monica (Hubbard) Young. She was a former RNA, Paramedic and a member of Saint Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Renous.

Besides her husband Frank, she is survived by her sons, Louis Hogan (Nicole) of Miramichi, Blake Hogan (Marcelle) of Miramichi and Jeffery Hogan of Renous; her sisters, Monica Davidson MacDonald of Upper Derby and Helen Young of Upper Derby; her brothers, Norman Young (Late Joanne) of Upper Derby, Donald Young (Inga) of Barryville, David Young of Wayerton, Dougie Young (Marjorie) of Saint John and Bernard Young (Marilyn) of Upper Derby; and her 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, daughter Francine, sister Catherine and brothers Benny and Johnny.

Janice Ann Hogan is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Highway, Miramichi, with visitation on Thursday from 4pm-8pm. Please note: Due to the new Covid-19 Restrictions there will be a private family visitation only. A privtae family Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11am at Saint Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Renous, with Father Dan Bastarache officiating. Burial will be in the family plot of Saint Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery later in the spring.

Please Note: Social Distancing and Wearing of Marks are mandatory.
