On Saturday, December 19, 2020, at home surrounded by loved ones, our dear mother, Geralda Marie Richard left our world to one where she will be free from pain.
She was born in Brantville on November 16, 1943, to Edward and O’Dille (Dorion) Richard.
She lived in Wayerton until July 1978 and moved to Doaktown where she raised her children with love and remained there until her passing.
She leaves behind her partner, Marcel Savoie, and her children.
Sons: Stephen of Sexsmith, Alberta, and Mervin of Calgary Alberta.
Daughters: Lorna (Royce) of Fredericton, Delores (Rick) of Taymouth, Marlene (Delbert) and Rosalie of Miramichi, and chosen daughter Carolyn of Fredericton.

Marcel’s Sons: Danny Savoie (Teenya), Ross Savoie (Claudine) of Ontario
Grandchildren: Jonathan (Kate), Mitchell, Jordan (Michelle), Taylor (Donnie), Mackenzie (Keegan), Malcolm (Cierra), Molly, and Graison. Chosen grandchildren Julian, and Billy (Meredith).
Marcel’s Grandchildren: Nicole, Kyle, Haylie and Brooklyn of Ontario.
Great-grandchildren: Rosalea, Jackson, Jonathan, Ethan, Owen, Avery, Easton, Lincoln, Maverick, Charlie, and Parker.
Survived by sisters; Verna, Dorilla, Cecelia, Imelda, Anita, and Sylvia.
Brothers; Edmond, Aurele, and Clement-Luc and sister in law, Josephine.
Half siblings; Leonard, Azade, Dosithe, Stanley, Germaine special friend, Patsy Walsh, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister Exilda and brother Gilbert, half-siblings; Alcida, Mathilda, Thaddee, Edmond, Bernard, and her 2 special Yorkies, Cody and Sparky.

Only the good die young. 77 was too young for her. Young at heart, her body gave out. We were allowed the extra years with all her health problems. Our time ran out and we wanted more. She leaves behind kids, grandkids, and a whole community who loved her. She was a friend to many and a second mom to more. Love was her biggest asset and our greatest gift.
She taught us how to love unconditionally and to be strong no matter what it takes.
Due to COVID restrictions, the family have decided to postpone all services and burial until June 2021
Davidson's Funeral Service Miramichi is in charge of the arrangements.
If you wish to donate in Mom's memory.
Our Lady of Annunciation Roman Catholic Church in Doaktown
Or The Holy Name of Mary Roman Catholic Cemetery in Blissfield.
